Prime English ("the App", "we", "us") is a mobile application for learning English (CEFR levels A1–B2+) through courses, video lessons, flashcards, and exams. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using the App you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

Account information — your name and email address, provided when you create an account or update your profile, plus a securely hashed password. We never store your password in plain text.
Learning activity — your course progress, lesson and video completion, flashcard reviews, and exam/quiz results, so the App can track your progress and unlock content.
Promo/access codes — codes you enter to unlock content (a code only; no payment-card data is collected by the App).

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone, phone number, or device advertising identifier. The App contains no third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs.

2. How we use your information

To create and secure your account and sign you in.
To deliver lessons and save your learning progress and exam results.
To provide customer support and respond to your requests.

We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising.

3. Data storage and security

Your data is stored on our secured servers. All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS (TLS). Your login token is stored on your device using the operating system's secure storage.

4. Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request to view, correct, or permanently delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at the address below. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

5. Children's privacy

Prime English is intended for a general audience of English learners. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent. If you believe a child has provided us personal data without consent, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Third-party services

Educational video content may be streamed from our content-delivery storage. Aside from delivering this content, no personal data is shared with third parties.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
