Delete your Prime English account
This page explains how to request deletion of your Prime English account and all data associated with it.
How to request deletion
- 1 Email info@masterclass.mn from the email address tied to your Prime English account, with the subject "Delete my Prime English account".
- 2 We'll reply, usually within one business day. If the email matches a known account we proceed; otherwise we may ask one verification question (e.g. your account name) to confirm you are the rightful owner.
- 3 Once verified, we delete your account from our active databases within 7 days and from encrypted backups within 30 days. We'll send a confirmation when it's done.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account we permanently remove:
- Your account record — name, email address, and securely hashed password.
- Your learning data — course progress, completed lessons and videos, flashcard reviews, and exam/quiz results.
- Any access/promo code redemptions tied to your account.
The app does not collect your location, contacts, photos, or payment information, so there is none of that to delete.
Data we may retain
If we are legally required to keep a record, we retain only what the law requires and delete it as soon as the obligation ends. Aggregated, anonymized statistics that cannot identify you may be kept.
Timing summary
- Active databases: within 7 days of verification.
- Encrypted backups: within 30 days.
